Responsibilities: - Perform tattooing services for clients, including creating custom designs and executing requested designs with precision and skill. - Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations and best practices. - Manage the operations of the tattoo studio, including scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a smooth workflow. - Illustrate ideas and concepts to clients, providing guidance and recommendations based on their preferences and desired outcomes. - Provide first aid assistance if needed during the tattooing process. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and ensure their satisfaction throughout the tattooing process. - Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions that may arise. Skills: - Proficient in the art of tattooing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and techniques. - Knowledgeable in proper sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment. - Experience in store management, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer relations. - Ability to illustrate ideas and concepts to clients, translating their vision into a unique tattoo design. - Familiarity with first aid techniques to address any potential complications during the tattooing process. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. - Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for each client. - Understanding of color theory to create visually appealing tattoos. - Sales skills to promote additional services or products offered by the studio. Pay: $62,087.00 - $69,524.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
